Went in to get a simple pump tube and they showed me everything to do. Its a easy place to walk into and get help.
Over the years, I have bought two Alumacraft Boats at Idaho Marine. Through the buying process and any required servicing/maintenance, Ray and his staff have been great. Highly recommend Idaho Marine for any boating needs.
Idaho Marine installed a Garmin trolling motor and Fish Fighter rails on my 2025 Hewescraft Ocean Pro. Excellent work and fair priced. Went back for an electrical issue and they fixed it in about 5 minutes....no charge. I trust Idaho Marine with my boating needs.
I dropped my boat off on 20 April 2026 for a 20 hour check/service. I was informed it would be 3 weeks to have the service completed. Are you kidding me???? Absolutely unacceptable.
Never felt welcome in-store. Particular guy seems put off having to work with customers but works the front desk. They get a lot of business so don't expect quick turn around times during busy season. Drop off your boat/motor and hope for the best. I'd prefer to go elsewhere.
