I dropped my boat off on 20 April 2026 for a 20 hour check/service. I was informed it would be 3 weeks to have the service completed. Are you kidding me???? Absolutely unacceptable.
Never felt welcome in-store. Particular guy seems put off having to work with customers but works the front desk. They get a lot of business so don't expect quick turn around times during busy season. Drop off your boat/motor and hope for the best. I'd prefer to go elsewhere.
First time buyer at this shop; needed specific parts for my Honda B100 outboard, and thankfully they had parts in stock. The fella who assisted me was super-knowledgeable, and got what I needed lickety-split. I was out the door in afew minutes.
Very helpful. Need a top over the seating on the boat.
A big Thank You to Ray Subia for service above and beyond. I bought a new Yamaha motor for my deck boat. Ray was very courteous and informative from the beginning. I live 120 miles out of the Boise area and a couple issues arose that needed attention. Again, Ray went above and beyond to provide the service to remedy my problems and save me a trip of bringing my boat back to Boise. Thank You Ray!
