The Idaho Kidney Institute has been an amazing provider- from the front desk, to the nurses, assistants, and doctors (huge kudos to Dr. Barbar), everyone cares legitimately about the patients. My disease has been complex and they’ve gone above and beyond to get me treatments and work with insurance and pharmaceuticals on my behalf. 10/10 recommend.
Extremely rude front desk staff. Also can't seem to put the correct phone number for the patient and no follow up to make sure the phone number is correct, which is funny because they called me first and STILL got the wrong number. Also, changed my apt date and time without notice.
Always friendly Medical Team My Dr's are Awesome there
They act like they really want to help. The last two nephrologists who "visit" Bear Lake Memorial, namely drs. Chadha and MacDonald both seemed mildly amused with my condition during "telehealth" visits very 6 months or so.
