About 2 years ago I was referred to the Idaho Joint and Spine. I learned quickly what things I could do to help with all my hip and low back issues. With the right advice and following the suggested stretches and exercises. Asked a lot of questions. At first I tired it and soon realized without using his advice about diet exercises, stretches I learned all the pain came back. Dr. Whitaker and his team have helped me greatly when others couldn't. Prior to seeing Dr. Whitaker, my primary physician put me through various tests to see why I was getting migraines. We never found the cause and never found what to do to help with the pain. They referred me to Dr. Whitaker to try something else. Dr. Whitaker tried something, and when I said it didn't help, he didn't insist on trying more, he listened and tried something else that eventually helped. I am thankful for him and his team.
The doctor and office staff are phenomenal. I had a lot of different pain issues and every time I come for an appointment, I learn about something else they can do. Whether it’s trigger points, manual adjustments, stretches, injections, etc., I can get all of it done in one place by the doctor that knows what he’s doing.
After almost a year of coping with continued back pain from 3 compression fractures in my spine, I finally found Idaho Joint and Spine. This is the first time I was actually heard. I left my first appointment nearly in tears, but this time the tears were from relief.
