They have such wonderful staff, both friendly and efficient they always make sure you have what you need. The office is clean, ride, and inviting. Well worth any cost to go to when you know you're going to get real and efficient treatment. Thank you so much!
They are very nice and the treatment you get is really good
This place has offered the worst customer service imaginable since day one. They re scheduled me twice after setting my appointment back two weeks from the beginning. No sense of urgency. Treated me like a number. Made it clear that they don’t really care about the patients as individuals. My medical concerns are zero concern of theirs. Would recommend any other options out there before dealing with these folks.
I have had a great experience with Dr. Whitaker, he’s kind, listens and is always willing to try many different approaches. Very flexible office staff and I really love that he works a lot with students. I enjoyed seeing new medical students each time I came, it really brings a new perspective to the exam room. I don’t see that very often and I think it’s awesome that Dr. Whitaker does it, not only for the medical students but for the doctors and the patients!
