It took 3 weeks to get my phone back after telling me a few days max. I called around 10 times during this to have them answer ZERO of them during business hours. They also forgot to mention it was going out of state and there was nothing anyone could do. (Finally emailed someone in customer service). She told me she could drop the price to what the lady already quoted me. Charged me over 200 including the screen repair which they originally told me was the issue. What a headache save your time and money.

I've been strung along for 4 weeks for a repair on my iPhone camera lens. The customer service is trash, they can't order the right parts, and they will waste your time. I own and operate a business and need a camera to do so. They have been nothing but a waste of time, gas, and energy. Do not go here.
I have never received less than stellar customer service here. Every technician I've dealt with has been helpful, quick, nice, and very knowledgeable. Even though I hope to not see them as much as I do �, I will never go anywhere else.
This place is the bomb, have used them many times, w- perfect results. Fixed my sons phone faster than I could log into Facebook!!!
