The buyers qualified - but Idaho ********************************************* still came out to look at 3 minor things that needed to be fixed. Almost 2 weeks later, they were forced by the buyers to find out the results. House was fine, but the buyers had to reapply and because one person was 2 hours short o their check - Idaho Housing and Finance made them get a co-signer and wait 7 days or restart and wait another 30 days. How is this company rated A+ on BBB when they clearly have issues? The folks that work for the company need to be retrained as they are extremely rude and lie about things they are doing or not doing. I sent something in 2 weeks ago and they did not take any action on it. I called to follow up because I need to move my loan from them (Yes they are that horrible) and need to know what my payoff amount is only for the lead/supervisor to say she needs to follow up with another department. This company is horrible there communication is terrible! We have a had a perfect payment history with them for 7 years! Our payment did not go through one month and we have yet to figure why it did not go through. The payment was no problem for us we were one day past 30 days come to find out and the hit us with late fees nailed our credit and never said a word to us we found out nearly 6 months after the fact. This place is horrible when it comes to Communication. In July we had to sign other paperwork that showed our payment as being one thing going forward and then a month later our payment skyrocketed over 500 bucks on top of what we were already paying. When reaching out to them to figure out why it was literally crickets so we paid the amount that we knew was the amount that we had agreed to.
