I experienced the Idaho Housing and Finance Association for the first time on the seller side. The buyers who bought our home went through them and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve seen in a residential buy/sell transaction. They had over a month to get things figured out for the buyers, missed the closing date roughly 4-5 times and almost cost the buyers the home purchase.
