Garbage company, the real estate equivalent of an ambulance chaser. I would burn my house to the ground before selling to these crooks
Keep spam calling me from the same number. Finally decided to pick up the phone to find out who is spam calling me all the time and surprise, surprise. Next time you call me 4 times on a day I am going straight to Better Business Bureau. PS, the girl on the phone said her “boss” provided her my info and refused to say how my contact info was acquired.
I would give more stars if I could! Jon is amazing! I wanted to sell my house without paying for renovations, closing, agent fees, etc. Bought the house "as-is" for a great price. Jon is very personable and easy to communicate with. Never went back on any of his words. Trust him completely. Process was simple and honest. Very easy to work with. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
I would absolutely recommend Idaho Home Buyers to anyone! We found ourselves in a position that we needed to sell a rental quickly. Jon and his team offered a very acceptable offer on Tuesday and we closed on Friday morning of the same week! He knows what he is doing and is a very kind and professional person! I have never had to use someone to sell a house quickly like this and was very skeptical of this process but my doubts went out the window very fast after the process began.
