First email sent to them 12/4 to put up Xmas lights. Said would install on Thurs the 9th. No lights up. Claimed workers were sick. Then said would install on Sat the 11th. No lights up. Now claims HE is sick. It is now Tuesday the 14th. 10 days after the initial email. 11 days before Christmas. He is sorry for any inconvenience this may cause me.
