BE CAREFUL SCAMMERS!!! I visited Alana Lilly at Idaho Health Neighbourhood Center (824 S Diamond St, Nampa, ID 83686)on 09/13/24. I asked them if they work with moda health and they said yes. I asked them how much do I need to pay, and they told me that the insurance will take care of it I don’t need to pay nothing. Recently they sent me a bill for $400. I booked an appointment on Zocdoc showed up 30 minutes before my appointment just for them to tell me that I needed to change over something on my insurance which I had no cell phone service to do so while other staff stood around on their cell phones and walking around when they could’ve easily made a phone call hours ago to let me know to do that I’m a bipolar woman who needs meds in this being a crisis because people can’t do their job

I'm taking medication that really helps me, but when my medication ran out the doctor refused to refill my prescription. She decided to let me go without my medication for a few days. This is the antithesis of a care physician. This is evidently apathetic and indifferent when she should be the opposite, caring and helpful. Don't come to IHNC unless you want to be looked down on and mistreated.
THIS IS A GREAT OFFICE every one here is very respectful and understanding I recommend it highly
