Im giving a two star bc of one of the ladies I talked to in main office would t transfer me to the diabetic clinic and I had no pen. I told the lady this and she still didn't' transfer than when I called back no one answered If they only knew what I had to do go through to find a pen with broken toes and on oxygen they should be ashamed. I have never had a problem with them transferring me to the diabetic clinic. Thats all I needed and I got attitude.
