Dr. Waite has been my Doctor. for such a long time...In all the years she has been a great Doctor! She has always treated me with the upmost respect and answers all of the questions that I have had. She is always available for her patients needs and I hope I never have to get a new Gastroenterologist! She rocks!!

I would never go back to Dr.Waite ever again. She knew I had E-coli for a month and half didn't do anything about it until I ended up in the emergency room. She had told me it will run it's course. For a month in a half. I was lucky my son took me to the hospital. Then she try pushing a Biologic on me or she would fill my prescription unless I did the Biologic or have a colonoscopy every 3 months. And I had just had one 3 months month before. Do go to her she is only out for the money.

Doctors I’m sure are fine, but you’ll never see them. I called over twenty times throughout this entire week, and no one answered the line when I did. No return calls either. I asked on the online patient portal and got told to call some more…I would recommend other places if you need care, especially if it’s causing you pain over time.

I found the facility very clean & well run, the staff most personable, and I enjoyed meeting Dr. Bonnie Kim Waite who made me feel important and well known. I had a colonoscopy & endoscopy.
