Have had them put in a furnace in February when ours took a death moment and then had them put in a tankless water heater. Have been thrilled for the service and care we received. Techs were wonderful and clean and Cindy in the office was so helpful. Happy with their service throughout the years. Ernie the owner has been honest and upfront about our needs. Grateful for response time and service.
They always take the time to inform you about the issue (with photos) and give you an accurate estimate. I use them for all my furnace and plumbing needs. Thanks for the good service.
Idaho Furnace Plumbing Source recently did a lot of work at our house. They did a great job. We bought a 100 year old house that had a Frankenstein plumbing system including some original plumbing. They repiped the whole house. Incoming and outgoing. If you repipe they have to cut some holes in the walls to do it. They kept it to a minimum of cuts. These guys know their stuff. Mike and David (plumbers) stayed till the job was done and got my toilet and shower usable again. Plus they were cool guys to meet as well. I can't thank them enough.
