All the staff are very welcoming and are willing to give a strong challenge if you have the discipline to follow through. They certainly know what they’re doing and have helped me in and out of the gym.

Not recommended if you are training for a serious event, trying to rehab from an injury, or trying to prevent an injury. Nice people; good facility. The expertise and competence is lacking when it comes to more serious training beyond just basic good health. These folks were hired specifically to help me prevent injury and I ended up terribly injured with a stress fracture - five months after I stopped going here. My daughter has trained at IFA for four off-seasons. They are our favorite place to condition. Sports-specific training, professional, and clean. The staff is all kind and personable. They return calls and emails in a timely fashion. They've accommodated our schedule and my daughter absolutely loves it AND they focus on weaknesses and train those areas to prevent injury. Couldn't recommend a better place for conditioning!

What an awesome gym! It’s was recommended by trusted friends of ours and there kids LOVE it here! We will most definitely be back!
