I have been taking my cats here for several years. All staff has exceptional bedside manners and truly care about the health and care of my cats. Dr Parnell is knowledgeable and extremely compassionate.
Dr. Parnell is amazing. So kind, and helpful when it comes to helping care for our dog.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Parnell and her staff. Unfortunately I had to bring my sweet hound to put her down. Because I wanted her ashes back, it was going to cost close to $500 everywhere else. But at Idaho Falls Vet Hospital, it was about $205. They gave my girl a beautiful room that is obviously set up for these types of appointments. They made her last minutes comfortable not only for her, but also for me and my family. We have always received excellent care for our cats. Dr Parnell is a great vet - very caring and experienced!
I have two amazing cats that im very picky about there care. My cat got sick over Christmas and I was so worried about her. Idaho Falls Veterinary Hospital took such good care of my baby. She's feeling so much better and is doing well. Yesterday I took both cats in for there shots and to get microchips. I have a seizure disorder and could feel a seizure coming on.
