From the moment I called to schedule an appointment the amazing experience started. Friendly staff, fast same day appointment. The office is welcoming for not just kids but parents too. Every staff member was friendly and talkative, gave amazing time and attention to not just me but my daughter.
This was my 3 yr old’s first time at the dentist. The hygienist (I don’t remember his name) went above and beyond. He was friendly, respectful, and very clearly communicated with my daughter what he was doing and the tools he was using. I didn’t want her to have any flouride treatments or toothpaste and there was no pressure/judgment, and he made sure to pass that info on to Dr. K, who also didn’t push it.
