We have such a great experience at the dentist today! Every staff member was so kind and patient with my daughter. This is our second time going and we will definitely come back again!
Our 12 year old son started going to Dr. Kailey at Sunny smiles about a year ago and he ended up having his dental work done at the hospital with Dr. Kailey because of his anxiety. Everything went well and we recently went back for our 6-month cleaning and checkup. We thought our son would be anxious, scared and all the feelings that he normally would have going to the dentist. Our experience with the hygienist and the dentist felt very different. The hygienist was wonderful—he greeted my two-year-old, by name, explained everything he was doing, and patiently let my toddler warm up at his own pace. He made him feel safe and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t experience that same approach with the dentist. She wasn’t very warm, or explain what she was going to do before beginning the exam. I absolutely love this dentist office! The staff and Dr Kailey were soooo good with both my kids. We had a really amazing experience. I highly reccomend this dentist!
Dr. Kailey, Heidi, and Jordan were wonderful with my son! He gave them an extremely hard time, and they still treated him and us with so much kindness! I was impressed how they kept their cool and professionalism even with a very hard patient. They used great techniques to keep my son calm and finish the procedure! It’s always a little embarrassing when your child is having a meltdown in the chair, but they didn’t make us feel bad. Thank you Dr. Kailey and team!!
