I have been to IFD and [alternative dermatology office]. At IFD, I see the doctor. At [alt. derm. office], I see a PA. Both were kind to me, but Dr. Brooke at IFD seemed more invested in my visit. He -felt- my skin, took a picture for my patient record, offered wisdom about treatment options going forward. At [alt. derm. office], the PA only -looked- at my skin then suggested a shot. The most knowledgeable dermatologist I have ever seen!
I was referred to.Dr Brooke by another Idaho Falls Dermatologist. Reason: I had a funny looking freckle & was so surprised she biospied it. Results: POSITIVE FOR MELANOMA. Dr Brookes reminds me of an old fashioned Dr. He was truly concerned over my personal understanding of Melanoma.. Before he surically proceeded, he went over all my body again lookimg for additional cancers. Not one time did he make me feel uncomfotable. Pros: kind and professional receptionists Cons: cluttered office area and rooms, so much random junk piled everywhere, the Dr said uncomfortable things about my small children who came with me, which made it a very hard visit.
