I had a good experience last night. They were skilled, fast, efficient and kind. My preferred OBGYN, Glenn Leavitt, was even on call for the ER when I needed him. Lucky us!! Staff was great and helpful.

update: it is now 2 days later and they have yet to show us the x-ray. tiffany is unhelpful and has so far only made excuses. terrible ER service. terrible beside manner. waited over 4 hours for an x-ray to be processed for my 1 year old. no one was proactive, didn't get her pain meds for hours. took me asking multiple times for them to splint her arm so we could go home.

This is an awful hospital. They give benzos to help detox but no education on how to help your body with vitamins and then when you call back because you are in pain, they hang up on you. Never will I visit this hospital again. And by the way, trhe physician only came in my first 5 minutes. Never to return again. Just nurses and MA’s.all aren’t the reason I came to the ER wasn’t important enough for them. I have been a medical biller for 35 years. Karen and Paige were attentive, thorough, patient, and explained what was happening to me when I went to the ER to get answers about a rash and an infection. More importantly, they were kind.

I normally really love this e.r. over EIRMC. However tonight has changed my mind. I am in here tonight with my son and we are just across from the nurse station. They are all grouped together making fun of patients and their complaints. "One nurse said well you aren't dying so get the hell out of here " to another nurse about a 61 yr old woman short of breath. Horrible.
