I was sent to IFCH from Redicare with acute respiratory failure. They immediately pulled me back and started working on me. All of the nurses and physicians were incredibly attentive, kind, and thorough. They handled my anxiety very well and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. I ended up staying there for about a week. The Emergency Department, IMC, and Med Surg floors/employees are all amazing. Highly highly recommend.

Was taken care of quickly when I came into the ER for kidney stones! The ER and radiology staff were great! When I came back later that week for a surgical procedure to remove the kidney stones, the pre-op, OR, and Pacu staff took great care of me!

Unprofessional staff. My mom has been in and out of this hospital for severe pains in her stomach. She ordered pain medication to the pharmacy but didn’t receive it yet and had to go back in because she was still in pain. A Physicians Assistant told her “you can get up and walk across the street to the gastroenterology center for treatment”. She had an appointment later in the day there but was in unbearable pain. Highly unprofessional and mean to say to a patient especially as a healthcare worker.
