Unfriendly staff, dirty locker rooms and toilets, lifeguards stare off into space. Also, they donate anything lost after 2 weeks no matter how valuable contents.
I'm not really impressed. The water is freezing cold. My son's lips were blue and they had to ask us to leave class because he was too cold. That was last year. I was naively hoping the water would be warmer this year. When I went to register him for class, I went on the first day of registration. They had deleted his class and made a new time, assuming that no one would sign up for the original time.
