Horrible Company... This phone number doesn't even work! We PAY our bills and NEVER got one from them! Sent us to COLLECTIONS? Surgery was June 17th, 2015... Sent us to Collectors unbeknownst to us until TODAY July 26, 2018? Is this a SCAM or what?
