Dr. Crawford provided a more accurate diagnosis within 10 minutes than 3 St Lukes doctors and a St Lukes radiologist. The St Lukes docs fell in line with "vertigo" and the radiologist did as well (apparently without looking at my MRI). Crawford found the issue and eventually performed a very successful surgery, along with Dr. Duckworth, and I'm now on the path to recovery. If you have ear/balance issues, I would highly recommend this practice.
I really like this place. I went in today and saw dr. Crawford. Glad he was able to help me with my situation. He took the time to listen to my concerns and ear problems. I might stick with this clinic in the future. I hoping my problems get resolved soon
The office is clean and quite, but that is about it for the positive. The Dr. seemed perpetually rushed every time I spoke to him during every visit. Also, any deviation from his instructions was met with harsh correction, almost to the point of feeling like scolding. The Dr. seems very knowledgeable, but it hardly matters when the interpersonal portion of the visit is so sub-par.
There are no words for how disappointed I am with this place. I was my child's only advocate here. After his tubes he had ear infections every week for 6 months, I went in to see about anything to stop this. I was in this office like every other week. All to be told he was fine. Finally I went in and told them I was not leaving until they did something new or different. They FINALLY changed his drops. My son has not had an ear infection since. Truely an amazing doctor I have been out of work for 3 months seen lots of doctors and he figured out what was wrong with me in less then 10mins but it didnt stop there he still wanted to take a full hour with me to make sure it was right spent time explaining things to me and the whole staff he has is amazing I will be going back
