Honestly, the dental hygienist was pretty rude. She kept asking if I had any questions and when I’d ask she kept getting frustrated that I was asking and was very passive aggressive. I’m mostly upset that I had to have 5 fillings done on my teeth. I’ve never had braces, I’ve never had whitening treatments & once you drill into your teeth you can never go back. I wish I could follow Dr. Edminsten to Idaho! He is a very knowledgeable and friendly dentist who always delivers the best care. Hands down a shame that he moved states. You'll be in good hands with him.
They got me in within 1.5 hours of calling even though I had never been seen there before. I had extreme pain in a molar and they’ve blown away my expectations. They were even able to start working on it the same day. They’ve been very understanding of my anxiety as well. Just amazing!
Dr. Crump did an implant restoration for me with the help of IV sedation. I was extremely impressed with the care and comfort they gave me. I got the impression that Dr. Crump and his dental staff truly cared for my well being and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed before starting the procedure. When I woke up I was feeling good and had no pain at all. Great experience!!!! I highly recommend DR. Crump and Idaho Center for Sedation Dentistry for anybody.
