I took my backpack in to get a strap fixed not only did they fix it when I brought it in they didn't even charge me what a fantastic company
Loren (I hope I spelled it correctly) and his team helped fixed my beloved back pack. I am certain I can get 10 more years of service after they fixed the straps. Not only that, but I had a short time frame and they were able to get it done as promised. Thank you!
