I went and met with them at their chamber ribbon cutting and they seem very eager and ready to help. They are very knowledgeable, will definitely use in the future!
While they do sell an adequate product and their support staff is excellent, Toshiba copiers are not one of the better products in this category. Additionally, the sales staff are pushy and more than a little condescending. I would advise anyone to make sure and get a professional IT advice before committing to any solution suggested by this organization.
