Had another company come out to test due to scheduling and got a failing test with no explanation or even any test values entered with the city. I got the fix it email from the city and needed to get it rechecked asap. Idaho backflow got me on the schedule in time and found that my backflow preventer worked just fine. I will be using Idaho Backflow every time from now on
They were on time and did quality work and corrected a problem with a short amount of time for a reasonable price.
