Horrible experience initially waited on hold for 10-15 minutes before someone answered in Spanish and when I replied in English, she hung up on me. Mind you, I selected the English option from the menu. I called again and sat on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up. If you don't like your job you shouldn't work there being rude unprofessional is not acceptable do better

Horrible experience. I was referred by a peer who did have a good experience. Unfortunately for me, I was not as lucky. I initially waited on hold for 10-15 minutes before someone answered in Spanish and when I replied in English, she hung up on me. Mind you, I selected the English option from the menu. I called again and sat on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up. 😡 Bad service, my appointment was at one for an MRI, it's three pm, and I'm still waiting. People on the frondesk have no answer. I request the manager and they say there is none. What inadequate service. Do not waste your time. 😡Mala atención, mi cita era a la una para una MRI son las tres pm, y sigo esperando. Las personas en el frondesk no tienen respuesta. Solicito al manager y dicen que no hay. Que servicio tan inadecuado. No pierdas tu tiempo.
