Shocking really! I called at 9am to request antibiotics for a UTI which I had done a year prior, so it basically would have been a refill. She said we don’t do that, I asked why and she said “he doesn’t want to” I said that the Government approves this and that you did the prior year. She had me call another pharmacy to have it faxed, which I did with no issues. My husband went 4.5 hours later to pick it up, they said they didn’t receive it. Marlie and Michelle are amazing workers and always egar to help you with anything you need. They've got lots of great stuff in the store for any want or need. Go in and see them! Yes their phones might be quite busy, but it's worth the wait once you get ahold of them :)

Hire more staff? Its clearly needed. Constantly put on hold for 15+ minutes at a time, with no choice. Can take literally days to fill a prescription. This is somehow the norm for this pharmacy, as everyone expects these delays.

It’s evident the franchise is understaffed. They took my call & put me on hold (unable to refuse). I did what I was supposed to do and submit my Rx refill request via their app. And gave them ~5d to process it. No reply, so I attempted to call and confirm p/u. Both attempts today, left on-hold. OWNER: hire staff. Or take your phone off the hook when respectful telephone etiquette is impossible!
