I got an email from my insurance company saying they had processed my prescription claim. The next day l go to MacKenzies to pick them up and they haven't been done. In fact they had to order both but they charged my insurance before filling the prescription. Is this normal policy? So now another drive back to town. Not the first time this has happened. Time to move on l think
Please use my unfortunate interaction as a learning opportunity going forward. I was sent a message yesterday that my prescription was ready for pickup. When I arrived today, it was actually not ready at all. In fact, I was told you were waiting for me to be in the building to even mix it. So let's start off with my family has a unique last name/small family in the area. My parents had a disagreement with the pharmacy over a year ago. Decided to go somewhere else (I don't live with them so don't know anything) Fast forward I sent a prescription over from family doc. The pharmacy sent it back without my knowledge.
