Always great and on time
Polite and informative.
How far this place has fallen. I remember 20 years ago this used to be a spectacular pharmacy. Now? Nothing but condescending tones and talking down to you like you're a child. If you're asked a question, they shove themselves in front of your face and ask again extremely slow and aggressive. At this point I'd recommend shoppers drug mart over these people. Such a shame.
I had an ear issue and went to see the pharmacist at Smallmans Pharmacy. He was able to see me within minutes, quickly and correctly identified it as an allergic reaction to my earrings and prescribed the necessary courses of action. By nighttime my symptoms were greatly diminished and I was better in 24 hours. It saved me hours waiting in the emergency room or a visit to my Doctor.
