Had to Go into the post office and I was absolutely dreading it, but I found such a helpful young woman at this location that she made it a complete breeze to process everything that I needed to return and explain the process to me about how they'll know that I sent it in and I'm really grateful for her. I think her name was Bree or something
Editing review to address their response: I was well aware of the strike when I went in there. I reason I was trying to ship a parcel through Canada Post as they had announced they were moving to a rotating strike and that we could ship parcels again. I went to the counter to simply drop off a parcel, which shipping was already paid for, and the clerk rudely refused.
