I have gotten a couple of prescriptions filled here and they have always been kind and helpful. Most recently- I had a medication filled here that needed to be injected. My doctor did not go over a lot of the information about the drug with me but the pharmacy manager Daniel took so much time and patience to explain everything to me including how the medication works and what to expect in the first month using it. Significant Safety Concerns and Poor Technique I am writing this review to share a concerning experience I had at this clinic regarding hygiene and patient care. Main Concerns: • Lack of PPE: The nurse did not wear gloves at any point during the IV insertion or removal process. • Poor Insertion Technique: Despite explaining my vein sensitivity, the nurse was inconsiderate of my pain.
