By far the best pharmacy in Central Alberta. Kind and knowledgeable staff that are quick with filling prescriptions. Very professional.
The customer service at this pharmacy is excellent. The pharmacy staff are friendly and professional. The store itself has a good assortment of giftware treats and drugstore items, too. This is my go-to pharmacy!
Wanted to move my prescriptions to a closer pharmacy. Pharmacist hemmed and hawed then said there’s a shortage of estradiol and he doesn’t know if they carry it (didn’t check my prescription or if they carry it) then told me to maybe come back another time for a different prescription. So now I’m going to Shoppers in Blackfalds. I wanted to support IDA who have been here forever but I guess they’re doing ok and don’t need new business. Disappointed
