Best Pharmacist, and best pharmacy staff!
They have been great. My prescription is having a canada wide shortage and can't get it in PG. I called them and they had 1 box of it left, they even called my pharmacy and had it transferred over so I didn't need to. Has been great working with them and they followed up promptly. The pharmacy I use in PG ,Spruceland Shoppers, Had me on hold for over 40 minutes this morning. My call with IDA in vanderhoof was picked up almost immediately and the staff were all very pleasant and high spirited. Give them christmas bonuses!
Hey they just stayed late to make sure I could fill my prescription today even though I would be, well not okay lol pretty uncomfortable actually without it until they reopen on Monday, but like I would have survived. Really go the extra mile for the patients here.
