I wear tinted glasses when in bright florescent lighting due to a light sensitivity condition. IDA staff told me I needed to remove them as they have a policy against anyone wearing sunglasses and need to see who people are. No other store here or anywhere else I have been does that. Been a regular customer for years but don't plan on going back. Leaving this review for others with light sensitivity, autism, etc.
Absolutely love the help and service we get at the pharmacy. Always super helpful and world class advice. Really appreciate having these guys in town.
Pharmacy department is amazing, I can't tell you how many times they have helped my mom out. Beauty department is always warm and welcoming. I wasn't a fan of the post office for a very long time but it looks like they've changed who works there and it has been MUCH better. Someone always seems to be around if you have a question. I would go to IDA before I would ever go to Shoppers up the street.
Time to update your hours. Google says you’re open till 8 PM but a little piece of paper on your door says you close at 7 PM. You have an opportunity to up your game by looking after the little admin details and updating your hours on Google.
Usually I have no issues but the postal service has never been my favorite. I had a phone that was to be delivered to my house and the person wrote undeliverable while there were 4 of us and a baby at home. They put pick up after 1:30pm next day, which we found out they close at 2pm after my husband drove from smugglers cove to pick up. Very disappointed
