I was visiting from the mainland and forgot my prescription. The pharmacist and supporting staff here were so incredibly helpful and friendly when assisting me in getting a replacement prescription for my trip. Excellent customer service!

Today I had the unfortunate experience of falling down in front of the Ladysmith IDA drugstore . Being a senior recovering from a knee operation, the response of the staff was unbelievable. From getting upright to bandaging both of my skinned knees. All I can say is thank you and how much appreciated it
