After 10 years of loyalty, this pharmacy failed me at a time when I was most vulnerable. For three months, I've been battling a severe, recurring infection, feeling tired and sick all over. The last thing I needed was to be treated with hostility and disrespect. This lack of professional care and respect has made me feel overwhelmed and unsafe, ultimately forcing me to leave.
