Very rude customer service. They do not seem to like doing UPS returns.
I would like to sincerely thank Mr. J. Patel for his helpful guidance and medication suggestions. He explained everything clearly and advised me on what to do. He has very strong knowledge and is highly professional.even hi is busy he took time to explain me , warm welcoming and smiling I am very happy with my visit to the I.D.A. store. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends in Camrose.
We were in Camrose yesterday in early afternoon and because my thumb was swollen and sore, we stopped at the IDA to see the pharmacist. Mr. Jigarkumar Patel was extremely helpful. He pulled out his phone and showed me what the condition was. He also opened YouTube and showed me a video of how to care for it. He then proceeded to prescribe an ointment for the condition. Terrible Service super rude!!! Walking up 5 min before close to drop off a package and the lady runs to the door locks it as I walked up and shakes their head no. Will never be coming back to this place avoid if possible
