Worst experience, staff is very rude nd unprofessional. Old staff for Springdale Pharmacy was very nice and polite, but with change of their Pharmacy name , new staff has attitude on 9th cloud without being human,and lost their professionalism by being Mean, rude. Staff is very unprofessional. Lacks people skills
Me and my family have been going to this pharmacy as its close to house, their service is not bad but not good either the girls staff general attitude is that they dont care at all. But most recently i had 02 incidents, last time they charged me $12 as dispensing fees for $3 medication. I mean really you are putting 15-20 tablets in a small box out of your big wholesale medicine box and charge $12 that too when the cost of medication is only $3, so i end up paying $15 plis tax for a $3 medicine.
