I am very satisfied with the service I get at the pharmacy section. I never wait for more then 5 minutes, and I always get greeted by name when I walk in.
I'm camping for a couple nights, 5 hours from home, and forgot my prescription meds. I called them and within the hour they had gotten the prescription from my home pharmacy and filled it! They even got the insurance info from them for a super quick and seamless pickup. Very impressed, many thanks to the wonderful and efficient pharmacy staff!
Good pharmacy and friendly staff. It is worth noting that since there has been a change in employees in the pharmacy itself, there have been more frequent hiccups with refills and billing. Phone calls to pick up a prescription same-day when being told it was held for several weeks when it wasn't available for pick-up the week prior was addressed with staff and corrected, which is very appreciated. They are always very kind and receptive to any concerns.
I just called them for a asthma med because of a bad flair up, was told that no more were left on my prescription and that I would need to be re assisted by a Dr. I have had asthma my whole life. I'm also a transplant patient and purchase thousands of dollars on meds here. I will be moving pharmacy's on Monday morning and going to get my mother's moved also. not very good practice that is for sure.
