Excellent customer service
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost 5 years now and honestly, I don’t think you can find a better pharmacy than this one It’s not only the conveniente location and service, it’s how the staff treats people. From Morcos who is the owner to his wife and all his employees, they are absolutely awesome. They care about people, explain properly, have the medicine ready super quick and if for some reason they don’t have something, they will order it for next day. You won’t be disappointed after visiting this location
As soon you enter,There is automatic kiosk where you must register yourself using health card number, part that based on rush you need to wait for your turn. You name will be announced by reception person when you're turn comes, they will tell you the room number to sit in, they will take basic details and then doctor will visit . My experience was good for my kid dental pain visit, prescription goes directly to the pharmacy located inside which MARCOS take care in very nice manner. I’ve been with this pharmacy for a few years now. They have been amazing, especially Morcos. Great service and very caring.
I moved out of Mississauga last year, but I remember this pharmacy - the Pharmacist (I think his name is Morcos?) is the most exceptional pharmacist I've met. He truly cares about his patients, and it's a privilege being able to meet him. I hope this pharmacy all the best!
