Always really friendly and prompt service, one of the best in orillia for sure!
Normally wouldn’t leave a review for a pharmacy but I genuinely am so shocked at how good the customer service was here. The staff are truly amazing, very professional and on the ball. I’ve had many different experiences at pharmacies and can say with confidence that this pharmacy and their staff are some of the best of the best. Thank you Orillia Pharmacy team!
This pharmacy is the best in the city! The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and helpful. They make this location what it is! I know there has been recent new ownership, please don’t change a thing. I noticed a lot of price increases…be carful no to loose your dedicated customers.
I absolutely love the staff , at the pharmacy. Not only are they friendly, helpful, but treat us like we are family. They are also very accommodating if and when a prescription is needed in a timely manner. Thank you to everyone there for allowing my family to be a part of your family
