Two new members under the new pharmaceutical team are rude. Not only did they make up RX charges, a specific two decided to deal with the issue in a foreign language.
An extremely rude cashier manned the front cash. As we entered the store, the cashier said: " What do you want? She failed to greet us as most civilized people do. She also had the gall to comment on our lotto purchases. I suggest further training for this person who is completely lacking in people skills.
