I had such a genuinely excellent experience with this pharmacy. My vet accidentally sent my dog’s prescription to the wrong pharmacy, so when I first went to my usual one, there was nothing there. They called around and found out this pharmacy had received it by mistake and had already filled it. By the time I realized, they were closing for the night, but they still offered to wait for me because my senior dog was out of pain medication. I especially like the friendliness of all the staff. And the gift shop is a wonderful place to find a gift for that special someone.
The staff in the pharmacy and at the front counter are very personable. They make you feel like family. That's what we're hoping for as newcomers to Lively
