If I could give this a 0, I would. I showed up at 9:00 a.m. for opening, as advertised on their website and on their door. Staff slowly trickled in and told me I couldn’t enter because the pharmacist wasn’t there yet. One staff member asked if I had an appointment, and I said I was there for walk-in. She assured me it would only be five more minutes. However, another patient who arrived with a staff member was allowed to enter. I can’t say enough great things about IDA Listowel Care Pharmacy & Clinic. This is both my doctor’s office and pharmacy, and the entire team is truly outstanding. Every staff member is kind, patient, and incredibly hardworking. They always go above and beyond to accommodate their clients and make sure everyone feels supported and cared for. I have never received the level of care, compassion and attentiveness from a public care practitioner as I experienced at the clinic here. All the staff and kind and compassionate. Pharmacy services with quick and easy as well. 5 stars doesn't feel like enough.
The staff is great. And the place is very neat and clean. It's a five star pharmacy.
