I have really enjoyed dealing with I.D.A. In my opinion they have always been helpful and extremely professional. If the question I ask is out of the legal scope of the staff I am dealing with, I understand that legally by the College of Pharmacists they are not able to suggest a medication ie. Tylenol, they have a pharmacist come and speak to me. Working in these environments you learn what is often prescribed for various diseases but you do not have a license to suggest the medication. Hi, I came with my prescription in hand and the pharmacist refused to give me the prescribed medicine because of my skin colour. So ridiculous that racism still exists.
