My computer was not printing and instead of fixing the problem, I was told that I should "probably" use a different computer. Not only was this a waste of my time, but the issue on the computer was never addressed and just seemed lazy to me. The hours are also tragically bad for a college campus.
The hour limitations are an extreme disservice to students who are economically disadvantaged. I am struggling to access their services as an older student. When I was a Freshman, I would have had to drop out. I am very sad to see this shift without any assistance for students who may need the library access. If students are paying for it, they should have adequate access. Otherwise, payment should be optional. These hours do not accommodate working students whatsoever.
