The customer service here is top notch, everyone is so helpful, kind, friendly and always able to answer any question I might have. I’m so grateful that we have the pharmacy staff that we do, it’s a very busy place but they’re such hard workers and so very patient. Thank you!
Horrible customer service . Close before hours indicate
Horrible customer service. We were told " we are too busy to fill a critical prescription". We were forced to make a trip over to Nanaimo to get this prescription filled. Not the first time we have had issues with this pharmacy Cannot recommend to anyone. Shame on this group for disrespecting their clients.
