Just switch to this pharmacy and they are so quick, love it. Breath of fresh air coming from shoppers drug mart in Langford 😂🙃
I would never recommend this pharmacy based on the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The pharmacist essentially refused to help me with a defective glucose monitor replacement because there was a bit of a phone issue with the glucose company initially. I was literally shocked at the way she spoke to me and handled it. I did end up going to the other Lake Cowichan IDA where a very kind pharmacist took the time to call in and figure out the tech issue and provided a replacement for me.
