My experience at this pharmacy was very disappointing. The staff were rude and dismissive, and it felt like they didn’t care about providing proper customer service or supporting people with their health needs. When you’re going somewhere for medication and advice, you expect professionalism and respect, which was completely lacking here.

Why do I call in a standing prescription and it takes 3-4 days to fill it? Why call it in at all? You show up 3 days later to pick it up and it’s not ready yet? So I stand there for 40 minutes waiting for them to fill something I called in 3 days ago? Why are you open if you can’t service client needs? I guess we start driving to duncan to get prescriptions filled. Clearly you don’t want any business.

My first experience will be my last. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and abrupt. I was concerned about an issue and she brushed me off saying "we just opened. A lot of people have issues." And was so dismissive and condescending. When I picked up my prescription the pharmacist was nice. I think she was an assistant. Dark hair with some tattoos. Rude. Won't be returning.
