Getting tired of them not listening when I call my prescriptions in, then going in to pick up and not having all of them ready is very frustrating. I know what it's like to be in customer service. It's not easy to work it. All I ask is for people to listen
Edit: Linda reached out with a sincere apology. Everyone has tough days, and it’s been nice to have more positive interactions and experiences with her. Original Review Unfortunately my dealings with Linda have not been very positive, she can be very short, abrupt and somewhat rude on the phone. This has happened three time now and she’s been less then pleasant. I mistakenly didn’t give them 24 hours notice to fill a prescription, i wasn’t aware of the rule and mistakes happen.
