We had a great experience with Ida Grove Homes. From start to finish they were friendly and professional the whole way. If you are looking for a manufactured home this is the place.
Very poor experience we had several issues with contractors that were hired not getting paid on time. Also paid contractors that didn't finish the job completely. Many mistakes made as hired to be a general contractor. Would I ever use this company again absolutely not.
